Construyendo un Colectivo y haciendo comunidad.
Encontrarnos haciendo en colectivo un Jardín para y por todos y todas fue una búsqueda proyectada, una intención puesta en la tarea y al, mismo tiempo, una orgánica natural en la que viene latiendo el Jardín del Siglo XXI de Til Til en Huertos Familiares junto a su comunidad.
Desde 2023, venimos preguntándonos por la clave de la sostenibilidad del Jardín del siglo XXI de Tiltil: un espacio que propone ser habitado, construido y significado por aquellas personas que hacen vida allí.
La apuesta es grande, confiada y totalmente comprometida con un modo de pensar el paisaje construido desde adentro. Los interrogantes que nos propone el espacio se convierten en territorio puro al ser construido con aquellos y aquellas que conocen de sus suelos, de sus vientos, y de sus dinámicas comunitarias.
Y así de a poco, nos fuimos reuniendo en colectivo, encontrando nuevos modos para hacer espacio público juntos y juntas, pensando, diseñando y poniendo manos a la tierra entre comunidad y equipo de trabajo del Jardín.
Un manifiesto es el que nos enmarca, el que encuentra darle forma a esta nueva grupalidad que se va conformado y que, como cualquier ecosistema, se mantiene gracias al intercambio equilibrado de diversos agentes y acciones: una comunidad; un equipo de trabajo del Jardín del Siglo XXI; un espacio público; unos modos particulares de participación; una acción protagónica en el suelo que nos invita a proyectar lo que es de todos y todas.
Definirnos dentro de un manifiesto nos posibilita a sembrar puntos en común, primeros acuerdos de funcionamiento, normas consensuadas, dinámicas propias que hacen de este grupo, su propia particularidad. El colectivo se sienta, entonces, como el agente conjunto para las decisiones y acciones relativas al Jardín, que, en comunión con las líneas proyectadas por el equipo de trabajo, imagina, propone, diseña, decide y hace.
La sostenibilidad del Jardín del Siglo XXI de Til Til, entonces, está dada no solo porque exista grupalidad comunitaria en sí, sino porque esa grupalidad se encuentre organizada en unas formas que le sean propias, bajo un manifiesto que le de consenso de funcionamiento y continuidad, generando procesos de participación real y agenciada: un espacio para decidir y para hacer.

Building a Collective and making community.
Finding ourselves collectively making a Garden for and by everyone was a projected search, an intention set in the task and at the same time, a natural organic in which the 21st Century Garden of Til Til in Huertos Familiares has been beating together with its community.
Since 2023, we have been asking ourselves about the key to the sustainability of the 21st Century Garden of Til Til: a space that proposes to be inhabited, built and meant by the people who live there.
The bet is big, confident and totally committed to a way of thinking about the landscape built from within. The questions proposed by the space become pure territory when it is built with those who know its soil, its winds and its community dynamics.
And so, little by little, we came together as a collective, finding new ways to make public space together, thinking, designing and putting our hands to the ground between the community and the Garden's work team.
A manifesto is the one that frames us, the one that gives shape to this new group that is taking shape and that, like any ecosystem, is maintained thanks to the balanced exchange of diverse agents and actions: a community; a working team of the Garden of the 21st Century; a public space; particular ways of participation; a protagonist action on the ground that invites us to project what belongs to all of us.
Defining ourselves within a manifesto enables us to sow points in common, first operating agreements, agreed rules, and our own dynamics that make this group its own particularity. The collective is therefore the joint agent for decisions and actions related to the Garden, which, in communion with the lines planned by the work team, imagines, proposes, designs, decides and does.
The sustainability of the 21st Century Garden of Til Til, then, is given not only because there is community groupness in itself, but also because this groupness is organised in its own forms, under a manifesto that gives it a consensus of functioning and continuity, generating processes of real participation and agency: a space to decide and to do.
